Your going to want to start with a high vertical force, something like 3.5 or 4 G's for your pull up. The twist is going to drop to something like 1.5, and then you want to transition back into the 4 G's for the lead out.
So, my friend came up to me the other day and asked if I wanted a frozen banana, and I said no, but I want a normal banana later, so... yea.
