Dueling Dragons is going to be re-themed to Harry Potter, and I want to know what you think of it.

Please use better grammar.

I refuse to believe this without SOLID proof. Thats extremely farfetched.

IF they dont change the trains, then IMO its not really a retheme. They will probably just change the internal queue and the themeing in the castle. Its already pretty much ready for this change without much...

But if they change makes DD look stupid, childish and cheezy. I would be tempted to just not go to IOA.

I'm not a fan of the new name, but I can live with it as long as they don't mess with the world's greatest queue line...

Dragon's Challenge?!?!

They should have just left it as Dueling Dragons!

Same theme, better name!

Did they get rid of the giant statue of the dragons in the front?

Maybe its a good thing Im choosing Sea World Orlando and Busch Gardens Africa over IOA and USF. I think Id be more disappointed. At least I get new rides at both parks since my last visit to BGA and Ive never been to SWO so theres 2 more credits.

This better not turn one of the best ride experiences into a watered-down "family thrill ride"...DD is one of the most famous Inverts. If it ain't broke don't fix it.

Why retheme it? Thats an amazingly themed ride! I guess its just to fit in with the rest of the park.

I guess but isn't it kinda already themed to Harry Potter? Castle...Dragons...things like that just no characters...I think it's a decent fit already without a retheme.

That stincks, i'm happy I was there before they did that and before they removed the dragon in front of it. Well hopefully they don't ruin it.

the talk is of once you go past the hogsmeade arch or whatever, it's totally immersive, so I think there should be no worry about the theming.

as for taming the ride - that'd be impossible unless you change the tracks, and parts of harry potter are supposed to be scary. :p
