I like real sausages, not like the crap I experienced in America, or the ones listed above.
Just sausages that are made out of what sausages are meant to be made from. Sausages were originally invented as a way to use up all the left over crap when you've cut all of the good stuff off the pig. So a sausage should have things like snout, tongue, ears, trotters, tails, fat, testicles etc... all wrapped in the stripped intestine of the same pig as the skin of the sausage. Those are the best sasuages by a country mile.
Then pretty much all you're left with from the pig is it's blood, which you then make into black pudding to have on your sausage sandwich fried with the sausages... and the bacon, which was previously cut off the good bits of the pig [:)]
