When I try to go from the editor to the simulator it sometimes loads two simulations and kills my frame rates. When I try to quit the extra simulation, it gets rid of one and then my monitor goes black. I have to dirty shutdown the computer and restart. How do I fix the problem?

You might need to reinstall NoLimits, or check your RAM for errors. Sounds like a line of code is getting scrambled somewhere in the RAM and not returning correctly. Does it do this when you open the simulator by itself?

Your graphics card cant handle the 2 or more Sims, it happend to me on my old PC, whenever i opened 2, i just hit Ctrl, Alt and Delete, and then stopped one of the NL processes.

That happens to me occasionally in Vista 64-bit when I accidentally hit the simulation button twice in the editor (Razer Lachesis has sensitive buttons). However I don't get the slow FPS issues, as my rig dominates NoLimits. Its when I go to exit one, the other one freezes up the computer and monitor goes black.

So, I think we have the same issue. I've solved mine by simply taking caution when pressing the simulation button to ensure you dont hit it twice. You don't happen to have a 64-bit version of Vista do you? It seems to be the only thing on my rig that could cause a problem with anything. Someone mentioned RAM.. 6Gb triple channel 1600Mhz overclocked to 1800Mhz + tightened timings Passes 24-hour memtest86 easily. So that is not the issue in my case. CPU + GPU's are perfectly fine as well. It must be a Vista/NoLimits compatibility issue, that's basically all that is left.

I click once but the curser double clicks by it's self. This means I have to reset the internet box every time that I restart my computer.

If your graphics card gets fried from anything, that's because the manufacturer was too cheap to get it to cool and operate properly. I had to return a Geforce 6200 (my comp was still AGP) I got because of overheating. It had a little heatsink and nothing else to manage itself.

Do you click the jump to sim button in the editor or do you use F5? Maybe using F5 instead might solve the problem if your mouse is having issues. (I have problems on my other comp where middle clicking to close a firefox tab will close 2 instead; not sure if it's firefox or my mouse, probably the latter)
