I would imagine there will be a link released here and anywhere else entropy has been promoting his work.

I am looking forward to the update, Newton 1 was a nice programme to use and with more control it will prove to be a powerful tool for any NL builder [:)]

yes i loved the first version.
I think the second is going be to ground breaking for rollercoaster designing.

Matt has been kind enough to host it on his site (we're making preparations even as I write this). I've created some tutorials for Youtube, but I won't be posting the actual program there.

And there are no plans to charge for the program (I guess that makes me a loser).

But still, to have worked on this for as long as it has been worked on... I'm just saying is all, a big trick is being missed by not preying on the kind of people that would use this.
