SFKK is most likely going to end up being a waterpark, you cant see that? Remember what happened to Geauga Lake when Cedar Fair got their hands on it? It made money as a waterpark...so turn it into one. Give the rides to places theyll be used and suddenly a park that once drained your balance sheet actually helps it.
well... it is no doubt that the costs of a waterpark don't even get close to a half of a decent theme park which operate like at least 6-7 coasters. only the cost of one big coaster can finance the amount of slides that a big water park has. the maintenance of the rides, the electricity etc. are also big expenses. and the amount of money they charge for waterparks is more then a half of a price of a theme park ticket.
so what the hell? let's just close all the parks and build only waterparks instead... if it's only money we're talking about then parks other then disney and universal should close their doors and open the park again as a waterpark.
