I am making a really long jet coaster in space! It is a mix of Hoie Sanyo and Togo.

If it's in space, I take it it will not have supports?

How is the coaster supposed to work if it's in space?

surely it will just stay at a constant speed throughout.

And any bend will need some sort of support, can't have the spine alone resisting the force of the train going around the bends.

I don't think it's supposed to be a realistic coaster [lol]

No it is not a realistic coaster, but is a cool idea from me.

There's no gravity, is it going to be a powered coaster?

The coaster wont be operating in a realistic environment, so questioning the coasters ability to operate under realistic environment is simply pointless.

I like the idea, and appriciate the effort to make something different other than tall and high speed coasters.
I also like the fact that your making it of abnormal length, and i hope that means a surprising and innovative layout, since your working with a jet coaster.

The best part of your rides are usually the supports. I say screw the environment and make it like a normal coaster of yours.
Screw Commercialism. It's Dr.Gumbo, not CokeZero.

I say screw the ride completely and make something worth it's while like that wooden coaster you made a little while back. Seriously now, I don't care about the "space" element of this ride, it's still another one of your appalling jet coasters at the end of the day.

Panther16, if he is making a coaster that is meant to be in space, then it should operate as if it is in space, simple as. This has to be a powered coaster or it's not going to be a coaster at all. (Even though it is questionable whether jet coasters can really be classified as coasters anyway [lol])
