I have four major projects in the works at the moment. The first is an inverted Intamin shuttle coaster that does not have a name yet. The second is Quake, which some may have seen within the hardhat area of the site. The third is The Prototype, which is a simple/compact family oriented launch coaster. The last one is Timberland Rampage, another one that some may have seen in the hardhat are of the site. I've made a video featuring front seat POV's on all of them. Just thought I would share this with you all, as I won't be doing any construction/hardhat threads anymore.. So keep a lookout in the future for these rides, that is if you like what you see after watching the video. As a side note, the video displays the coasters from least completed to most completed.

Below is the direct link for the video. It is super high quality, and for that reason do not bother trying to stream it through you browser.. It is intended to be downloaded and it will require QuickTime/VLC/Something Similar to be played.

Resolution: 1280x720
Length: 4 minutes 39 seconds

19121: Thanks, I'll keep working on them! From my original post, "the video displays the coasters from least completed to most completed." So expect the order of upload to be Timberland Rampage first, The Prototype second, Quake, and then the unnamed Intamin invert.

Jms10391: I know.. It is big! I find it understandable though as it is four and a half minutes of 720P, with a bit-rate high enough to where there is no quality loss in picture. I tested uploading to YouTube, BlipTV, and other sites that re-encode to flash and the results were very poor. So much static and corruption you could not tell what the F... you were looking at. In my opinion it is worth the download, but if a few people disagree I will re-encode/upload a same quality but lower resolution version. Okay?

SFMM homie, that is a fair point. I'll re-encode/upload for the people that don't appreciate the hi-res.

Just upload it to Vimeo. Their HD video is very high quality.

nannerdw: Vimeo was one of the first places I uploaded in hopes that a smooth conversion to flash would occur. However, the results were just as terrible as all the other sites. Converting from the original, their version is nearly 1/20th the file size and the quality reflects.

^ That still took like 20 minutes to load, so I minimized it, and once it started playing it scared the crap out of me.

Youtube it! I don't think that could be any more obvious, or do you want to make it exclusive to CC members? (what difference would that make anyway)

For HD, I've gotten a 720p video to work reasonably well. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IHL86WOn0IE

I encoded it in SUPER with XVid, but mpeg-4 should work too. (XVid wasn't recommended for youtube.) You'll probably have to set the resolution to 1280x720 manually, as well as the framerate. (don't trust it to read the video settings properly when selecting no change)

YouTube was a bad conversion as well, and I am not re-encoding it again just to have it in a format YouTube likes. Its just a video, people that see it see it and people that don't don't.
