I don't see what's so flimsy if you compare it to the schwarzkopf's like Mindbender and Shochwave.

Those OTSR's could use a lot more padding.

I think the pax-company built ride that i made is better... lol. but regarding this ride: OMFG IT WAS FINALLY FINISHED!!! but i like where it was positioned as said before, but it's supports are iffy for me. i would still ride it .

lol musicmonkey, that happened to Titan the one time I was at SFoT (back in 2006)...minus the collapse. Some guy who works at SF crashed into one of Titan's supports while I was in the station waiting, and they had to shut the ride down for a little while to deal with it haha.

i second that! getting thrown out of the country or possibly killed would be TOTALLY worth it! the whole ride looks badly made, it's like arrow decided to make a boomerang but forget how to make the big metal tubey thing go in other directions so they just made it really long...

I know the guy who ran into the support at Titan, and the driver of the truck who ran into the footers at Texas Giant, and who was responsible for the tug in Johnson Creek.

From what i've seen on the videos and photo's I'd assume the same as a Vekoma Boomerang. A clamp attaches to the train and a cable pulls it up backwards.

The angle of the lift. Looking again at photo's I think that's OVER 90?????????. But i'm not sure.

Quality of materials, Use of diagonal and lateral frame bracing. Support structure width and concrete footers 6 feet into the ground.

The track has diagonal bracing (circled), and the track is as thick as a sedan (two vertical red lines). I'm sorry, but I don't buy that a company that made a rocket launching pad or whatever they did for the European space people can't make roller coaster track that can tolerate the forces properly.

How do you know PAX used substandard materials, or what type of foundations they used?

Because they could not afford 3 letters to spell the ride name right, Packs, instead the bought an X instead of CKS and it is PAX. Since they saved money on the letters of the name, therefore; they used substandard materials.

FAIL!

The bracing is inproportional to the track. So its structural members arent going to be as strong and may bend instead of flex.

Am I the only one that realizes it's best to just go along with what SFF says, since he'd have paragraphs to prove that his analysis of everything is flawless, even if he were to be proven completely wrong?
