Sounds like a yes.

Tetsu,

"There is a highway nearby and you want people to see the ride."

What side of the template is this highway located, N W S E?

Sounds can be deceiving.

Its not important what side the highway is on. That said, I mean that the highway is NOT along the template.

Well I see it as, 'why would you have either the red or purple areas if you couldn't build there?'.

I'll use the small trees then.

How many entrees do we have? Just curious.

I know nothing can go in the Red section under 30 ft, just confused by the purple area. But if I get DQ'd oh well. Not the end of the world. I have about 50% supports up.

^^ th3e red section can have no supports cross over it whatsoever, the purple box on the other hand can have suppors cross over as long as they are over thirty feet
Boulder Dash was the only good roller coaster.

Done. However, when trying to upload I get:

MemberID-21176-

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80040e57'

[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]String or binary data would be truncated.

/track_exchange/post_info.asp, line 777

I believe my drivers are current. Any clues?

Wait, isn't that the one with the file name too long?

^thx coasterpimp. Yes its the too long name error.

I shortened the track file name and it worked.

Thank you Panther16 and Coasterpimp for your input.

Ah, shucks, I thought it was worth a bazillion points, lol. Tough template Tetsu, good job. Good luck to the other entries. I hope there's more than just 3.

i'm gonna have to drop out. i just haven't had the time to really work on it and i'd rather enter nothing than something that looks like it was designed by a three year old.
Boulder Dash was the only good roller coaster.

Yeah, me too. I tried to get a layout for ages but they all looked crap/were too rough. Plus, I have really important exams in 2 weeks so there's no way in hell I'll be able to get a track done within the next week. Ah well, it was a nice contest idea!

the only reason i failed was i wanted my coaster to be an actual hyper and not 100 ft tall. the only thing i could get to work were trim brakes all the way down the drop and i thought coming out of a 200 ft drop at 30 mph was just stupid.

That's why I went with a very basic and simple track. 120ft looks a bit silly for the hyper trains.

So I guess just dcs221 is the last one.

Have a great Christmas.
