I have to agree with letting people make what they want to make. If you think they're being unoriginal, then it's your lucky day because originality is one of the things you can rate them on.
All it comes down to is your willingness to bitch.
As previously stated, Dont Like It, Dont Download It.
If you downloaded it, but dont want to hear the wrath when you correct someone for a simple mistake, then dont bother correcting them.
Seriously, its just cause and effect. Dont do/say anything if you dont want the result. People are still gonna make rides no matter what. Hide the exchange table on the front page, and you wont have to deal with it.
Its not that hard to figure out.
I completely agree with CKMWM here.
I seriously don't care about the hundreds of cliche Newton designs, which all follow the same pattern, have the same insane Gs and neck-breaking transitions and rolls, as long as you don't call it Intamin!
I don't care if it was ment to be like an Intamin, or w/e.
If it's not Intamin, it's not Intamin and stop bitching about it.
No Vid_W you should just not download it because you're going to know it's not following the style from the get go since you're psychic and all that. I'm not suggesting a total ban, I'm just proposing people maybe build something that requires skill or talent or something.
I was going to say that there was a problem with this idea, but besides the fact that they shouldn't be banned, only discouraged, this idea actually has some sense in it.
Maybe instead of banning, there is a chosen coaster style each month that is encouraged, to see what people have to bring to the table, and a discouraged style of track each month because, lets face it, we're sick of it.

"build something that requires skill or talent or something"
Don't get me wrong, but that statement would seem to discourage new No Limits users and limit the coasters to a select few people. The way I learned and improved was from posting 15 really bad coasters on CS.com, not from watching a real great coaster. And lots of freaking practice.
What I do agree on is, if someone says this an Intamin or any other Designer/Manufacturer and its not and gets pissed off because a rater mentioned it, are quite ignorant. There are some harsh rates, I just roll with the punches and try ways that a rater gives advice on.
Example: I were to do a re-creation of Goliath, SFMM, by Ing.-B?????????ro Stengel GmbH. In NL my only track choice close enough would be the 4 Seat Hyper which resembles B & M. Would I get harassed in a rate about how its supposed to be 2 seat trains?
I have a better new years proposition. We all go to Universal Orlando for the New Years party, get tore up and see who gets arrested before they pass out.
Um, I got stopped by a cop because he wanted to check if there was alcohol in my empty gatorade bottle. There wasn't...just gatorade lol...and I don't even drink. I guess you have to buy the alcohol there? bc it seemed to me they were strict about letting anything in if the dude had to go and sniff my empty bottle.

BYOB or do you have to buy 6 dollar glasses of beer?
You can't BYOB in the park. However you can go to Simpsons, get a slushy, walk over to City Walk get a couple shots, mix and walk back in. Security won't check them.

I will be the first to get arrested because I'm underage.
I have a better proposition:
We should stop building sh*tty wooden coasters with lateral gs and calling it a CCI.
