^ Yeah those supports are temporary, and I'm just mapping out the coordinates for the 3ds. It's pretty much going to look like what it does in the mummy picture ^^

Just post a picture of the spy car you want it to look like, and I can apply it right on the cartexture.

I did a google search for "spy car", and all that came up were toys.

^Got it. Do you want the seats alpha as well?

Oh, and do you want the restraints a specific color?

still lookin good! just keeps on gettin better doesnt it. Lol, but my only gripe is that you need to take the entrance into the turn and make it wider for clearance.
So, my friend came up to me the other day and asked if I wanted a frozen banana, and I said no, but I want a normal banana later, so... yea.

a113, when you export the track into sketchup. isnt it always slightly off. if not, what do you do to prevent that?

and also, when you import it into sketchup, what do you do to get it the proper size? do you select the whole thjing and resize or is there some importing option i missed?

other than that, looks great!

^ Yerp. I had the same question. Is it possible to resize track 3ds in sketchup after you import them?

Flick - I fixed the clearance to the one you see in the second screenshot.

JR- I hope so too! And sorry to burst your bubble but I found a better opportunity of a cartexture XD

Ian- I'm currently using the meters template, and when you import the track make sure you export it in meters. Image below:

Actually I was super lucky because I modeled the prelift without the spine, and proceeded doing the catwalk, which is an uber fail on my part, so I had to import a spine file and had to place it correctly. Luckily for me on my first attempt on placing it, it was dead on the track in the editor in respect to the x and z axis (had to move it a tad down for the y), but if you are going to place the spine then model, then do the model import as mentioned above.

Also, Ian is it possible if you can be my sketchup exporter? I downloaded anim8tor to get rid of the black walls, it wouldn't even start up. I got 3Ds max, and have no idea to do it. But if you can I would super appreciate it.

And lastly, what do you think of the theming overall for only having 3 days experience with sketchup? [dorkhat]

^I can see why the cartexture looks better. Much better images to begin with.

Can't wait to see more!
