^^ No offense cool5 but the shape and color of your station looks like something you would find in a creepy old lady's house.
Boulder Dash was the only good roller coaster.

After hearing this, I think we can just skip a theme on this one. I still want a basic station though other than what NoLimits gives us already (Mainly because the station is elevated a bit so the normal one looks un-realistic). Cartexture is already done, so I'll leave it. I had a few ideas for elaborate scenery but haven't gotten anything to work yet. So I can probably just scrap those ideas, get a working station and upload maybe next week.

Anyone want to test?
Anyone want to build me a support station thing? Then we could eliminate all 3ds and keep peoples frame rates high.

Cool5, I think your next obsession should be Arrow Megaloopers. Theyre hot.

Terrain and trees are coming along nicely. I know I said I probably wasn't going to do any 3ds anymore but I couldn't resist making a rock or two. They don't make any impact on fps for me, however I kept them somewhat low poly for the fps anal people. They look alright, opinions? I still need to work on a station but this ride should be finished up soon.

^ wow, that looks very atmospheric. If the whole ride is like that, that would be pretty awesome.

yeah, it sorta reminds me of the beast, but without all those obnoxious trim brakes.

^ You always make me laugh. Thanks for the thoughtful suggestion, however I would only go for a station like that for a family/child oriented coaster. This coaster is to much of a different story, so no.

gouldy/slosprint: The coaster maneuvers through the terrain, trees and rocks very nicely. I'll post a few more screens tonight maybe. I get off work around 2am, so it'll be late. You will probably miss it, but it wont be going anywhere over night. You can see it in the morning if you like.

I couldn't resist giving you guys a little more than just a picture. Here is video #2, it shows several highlights of Kicker without revealing absolutely everything. Sorry for a few awkward camera angles, the giant trees make it difficult to get decent views.

You never fail to please me with your song choices. I love how that leads into Cancer.

^^^, ^^, ^ Thanks guys, and nice to know ianko.

Station is still in the beginning stages, but that's the final thing really. It'll probably be another few days till it is finished. If I can find the spare time (I have a real busy schedule lately), I think Sunday or Monday will be possible upload dates. I'll probably have one more update in this thread before the final upload to show off the finished station but that should be it.

-- edit --

Tuesday I'll be uploading the final, but for now..

looks amazing. i can't wait. it seems as if you have put Beast, Boulder Dash and a bit if Voyage into one ride. it does seem a tad short, though.

I uploaded this earlier today in case anyone didn't notice. Just got off work, and I can see I already got one rating!

Did you guys like the YouTube videos? I'm asking because whenever I start another project (probably in a few weeks) I could do something like that again. If you think they are a waste of time, please tell me.
