After Seeing Universal Studios Singapore's Battlestar Galactica and 2 visits to Phantasialand (aka Black Mamba land) I decided to make a new generation Vekoma Suspended terrain Coaster. And to be honest it turned out extremely well I think. It has a storyline as well:

Whil visiting a forest you hear strange sounds. You stop, look around, but there is nothing here. The you hear a creature coming towards you very fast, and suddenly it is quiet again. Than you here a scream and are propelled up the magnetic lift. To plunge down again into the forest.

Elements on this ride (in order):
Cobra Roll
Zero-g-roll
Immelman
high speed turns
corkscrew (flat spin)
high speed turns
corkscrew (flat spin)
brakes

And here is the progress till now:

I love the look of this. Any pictures of more of the layout would be cool.
Oh are you confused about where the reply is? Well look directly above this and kablammo! There it is!

Looks great! I don't know what I would do with the wheel covers. It doesn't look like they have added them to Battlestar Galactica.

I love your rides, but whats up with the round track spine? Lol, I think A113 has started a trend of changing track spines. Lawl
So, my friend came up to me the other day and asked if I wanted a frozen banana, and I said no, but I want a normal banana later, so... yea.

Boulder Dash was the only good roller coaster.

Yeah, bit yours is way bigger. It looks odd.
Also, IMO it could be smoothed out...

I'll have a look at what I can do, I am limited to what the construction kit can offer.

The construction kit enables me to adjust the lenght of the spine segments, but when I change the value the parts of the track with a banking over 180 degrees become wobbly, so I can't do that but nevertheless I changed the thickness of the spine by 10 cm, so now it is a bit smaller. And the spine has moved another 5 cm up in position compared to the track below, so you can see the crossties better now.

It's still too big to look good.
My suggestion would be to simply get rid of them.

I hope you tried to recreate the Vekoma shaping along with the spine. I know it's hard to do with only one reference and no POV, but it would make a big difference to me.

Vid, I have it now as small as possible. When I make it any smaller you'll see the origional B&M spine coming out. And to dcs221, I tried te be as accurate on the shaping as possible however it comes very very close to a B&M coaster as well but I think the coaster as it is now combines the new vekoma style with the gigh G's you pull in a B&M suspended, it just represents how I hope the new vekoma style will be

edit: I've overdone the spine again and now I think it is almost picture perfect.

Looks much better!
You could smooth it out a bit more by using more segments, or whatever they are called in the program you're using.
If that's possible.
But, anyway, can't wait!

Keep in mind guys, the more segments he uses, the lower the framerate.

could someone be so kind and make a Custom station for me? It should be a bit creepy/mysteriously themed.
