The contest rules mention no sign-up deadline, just a submission deadline. Also, the contest was only posted 3 days ago. Sorry, but I'm not that gullible.

I'll quote it for you...

Tunnel to tunnel collisions on the same block are OK. But aviod them where you can, just to be on the safe side [:)]

^You're taking all the fun out of it with this "safe side" stuff. Just for that, I'm going to get as close to the borders and other pieces of track as I can [:P]

So, how's everybody doing?
I had some spare time today, so I did about 1/3 of the layout, and I like it a lot for now!

So if we can send our entry in a number of times, can we send in more than one track? Or no?

[lol] No, the last track to be sent in before the deadline will count as your final submission. Unless you instruct Oscar otherwise.

Didn't think so. I can't decide which track I want to send

Loops that are too slow have a lamer version of airtime at the top....

I love upside down airtime. Dominator's loop is so much better than Medusa's, for example, because it's larger and paces slower.

Any loop below -0.3 gs is too slowly paced for me... I like exactly 0 gs on my loops...
Boulder Dash was the only good roller coaster.

you can't really get -1 on a loop lol... unless you have a holding brake... Woah, that will become my next ride after this contest is over!!!

Or if your loop completely flattens at the top...or you can round -.95 to -1 lol. But yeah...falling out of your seat while upside down is both fun and exciting to me, long as it's done right.

It really depends for me. On most loopers I would rather have hangtime but on Arrows I hate it. Also, inverts should never have hangtime.

I hate making hypers, I've only got a lift and an air hill, and everything after that is even more crappy than usuall
What are these for?

Wait if it's not supposed to be B&M style why do I have to use these enormous trains?

Because it is meant to represent the new B&M hyper, even if the trackwork isn't the same.

@ RCT-3-Crazy: Yes, please be as insulting as possible. I didn't actually know there was another thread specifying the start date. I didn't look for one because I found it unlikely that a contest would have multiple threads.
Admittedly, it was idiotic to think that, but there isn't actually a law requiring you to be a jerk about it. Anyway, I'm off to work on my own coasters. Have a nice day :-)

Finished my track at just over 4700 feet...only about 190 feet tall for me.
