James Goldstone's Rollercoaster movie

Hi guys!

Do you remember the James Goldstone's movie: roller coaster, the big thrill, released in 1977? I'm curious to know if really exists that rollecoaster steel looping in an amusement park somewhere in the world or has been constructed in studio. Seem that coaster is real, unlike the Devil's Flight, in which there were a lot of mistakes.
Would not be very difficult to reproduce it with No Limits! Here we see the whole ride:

That's some interesting footage of Revolution, it looks quite differen't without all of the trees.

^LOL, and OSTR's. I remember just a crappy padded lap bar. That was an alright movie, bad guy wants to blow up coaster, cops save the day flick. Interesting to see what the terrain looked like before the trees grew in. It's the first steel looping coaster right? Before Corkscrew at Knott's?

nope.. just AFTER corkscrew at knott's.. i was very young but i remember the ads for revolution very well.. a bunch of minutemen force the redcoats onto it and win the revolution.. it was 1976 .. everything had a bicentenial theme

Wow, I didn't know that the trees 'grew in'.. The only thing I liked about that coaster was that it felt cool diving through the huge trees. I've ridden Revolution, but that video above makes it hardly recognizable to me. Well, 1976 is like two of my lifetimes ago (I'm 17). So, that is pretty old and it makes sense as to why it doesn't look the same.

and I have no time to perfect them because I still work and study simultaneously. However, this post could serve as a advise of coaster enthusiasts remake. Seem that nobody had remaked it!

This movie treats a stupid argument: the rollercoaster. But psychologically it's done right.
When I was a child, what impressed me in that film was: the terrorist was nice in face but was bad inside, one of the first film that showed me not to trust anyone!
