I'm building a fast and fun woorden rollercoaster, called Shiri. It is hand-built, and I think it is pretty smooth so far. But there are still some tiny bumps I have to get rid of. I used the NLT round 1 template of this year. [:D]

Any comments? The supports are just the generated ones. Should I make it longer? Is the prelift corner too tiny?

Your preflit is way too tight, as is the predrop at the top of the lift. Other than that, just remember to add lateral bracing at some point to make it more realistic.

Your new layout is much better.

CUSTOME SUPPORTS! Auto-generated supports are terrible.

I know, it's just for showing you guys. Any tips for later how to build custom supps? I'm not going to place all those nodes by hand. [:P]

Gah, I' dead if a wooden coaster comes in the NLT... I suck @ wooden supports.
Boulder Dash was the only good roller coaster.

Well you can keep the auto generated supports that are under the track, all you need is the lateral bracing in any areas that experience high lats, or is high above the ground.

Its tedious, but is necessary.

Ah, like that. First, I want to smoothen things out even more, before I start tweaking the supports. Which is needed, because there are a lot of laterals. [:D]

So I still wasn't happy with the pacing of my layout, I redesigned the 2nd part 'till I got this result:

Here's my that-might-hurt-but-it-doesn't-OMG-laterals!-thingy.

The helix has been moved further to the end of the layout.

After the helix comes a small hilly part towards the final brakes.

Who'd like to test?

I have way too much spare time so I started supporting the coaster:

Looks fun! I dont know who would manufacture such track work but if there was a company who made wooden coasters like that it would be pretty freakin awsome.

Thanks! I hope that I won't dissapoint y'all. But my track packager isn't working, is there anyone who could package it for me (or should I zip it?) ? That's the only thing to be done before uploading it. Here is the final screenshot for my ride:

You might want to fix your bridges, the track is in danger of collapsing. Other than that, looks like a great ride!

Yeah, try doubling up on the steel beams for the bridges.

It looks amazing and I can't wait to get home and ride it! I should drop a rate by the end of the week!
