This ride looks really cool, but I need more info, like a name would be nice. Only sad part is the removal of tunpike, although it says they will rebuild it, dont think it will be quite the same, why cant they build the coaster in the new place instead of moving turnpike?

Supposedly, Palace decided to put the coaster there to make the entrance more impressive and exciting. At least that's what I've heard.

I am sure the turnpike is going to show up somewhere for 2011, I would suspect back by the log flume, maybe in and around it.

the turnpike takes up so much room, i dont know where they could rebuild it. remember it is built somewhat like a grid, not twisting in and out of a large area.

It was a concrete path, which I am sure is being destroyed...and a guide rail, which I am sure can be modified to any path desired. It can show up in a lot of places in the park, the same pattern is most definitely not required.

EDIT: Now your image seems to be working, so that was a farcical endevour!

"Cliffhanger element"
"Top Hat element" - that is clearly an overbanked corner
"Slow Down Zone"

No, that is clearly a upside-down twisty curve.

[lol] sarcasm is lost on some people. Or at least, it doesn't travel well through the written word

I hope they have fixed the problems with the trains, or have a new train design planned for this ride. It would totally suck if they install this ride and end up redoing sections of track because they ripped the hitch out of back of the cars.

The funny part is, I don't think he caught the scarcasm because of the rediculous other names. He just accepted the fact that the geniuses behind that picture most likely named something that.

Either way, rofl.
