I'll join the contest also I guess. I really hope this time I don't smear my way out like during the rocket coaster contest[:D]. I wish I were better at NL and were able to model[:(]. But in case it's not clear so far, I want to enter.

In answer to the question about making a dueler work. From my coaster I was designing for the Placebo effect contest, I had 4 stations. The way No Limits works with sycnronize stations is it will put a train in EVERY station. Even if only 2 stations are sycronized, and the other two arnt, all stations would be filled. My guess would be it will behave the same way if you add more stations. But then you must fit 6 stations in that area, even sqeezing 4 in this area will be hard.

As for the letter being faked, I thinks its a good creative way to get people to join a contest. I applaude GFA for his excelence in picture editing. It fooled me upon reading it. Even though the original main reason for being in this contest was cuase of ignorance, I will still participate. All of my best coasters seem to come out because of a contest, even if its late for it.

BTW, will the due date be offically changed to EST?

Just made a sketch and found two 'design flaws' within the contest template:

First it is in portrait orientation whilst most (all!) computer screens are landscape. (So this is an annoyance in the Editor) I assume that this was taken from the 'original' SFH park map so we'll have to live with this.

Second it seems at least to me that 'SFH' (you know who...) is spending way too much space for a coaster with these requirements. In short words: IMHO the template is a bit TOO LARGE!

BTW: could somebody please fix the mistyping of my nickname in the contestant's list? Thanx!

typo corrected, the rest gfa handles but the template does seem rather big in my opinion.

Since terraforming is definitely allowed you forgot to mention that 'SFH' (these guys again...) probably will purchase the complete Dutch Alps (also known as 'The Dutch Mountains') and relocate these to their park as an additional anniversary event.

Since (to my knowledge) this would only make a truckload or two of material we thus should be very carefully when applying any terrain. Instead most of the terrain should be water. At least i think so...

And now i am hoping very much that no one is offended by this...

No, i will judge the track later. I first gotta make my point system. And it takes me about 30mins to judge one track on all aspects so i can't do that now.

LOL, well it figures it was all just a hoax, and a very good one at that! I caught the omission of a state, but I'm pretty sure that you can omit both city and state and your letter will still be delivered, as long as you have the correct zip code on it. I used to work in the US post office, so I know they only look at the zip code until it comes time to sort all the mail for that zip code, then they only look at the street address, because they know the zip code already. So really, you could send a letter that's addressed to 123 Main Street, 77123 and it should show up at it's destination without any problems. That's why I didn't really question that part. And as for the Amusement Drive thing, I thought it was a bit of a coincidence, but it was certainly possible, WWS could have an address on any street for all we know!

Excuse me while I swat the sky! SFAW 2003

Hrmmm, i need your help guys. It seems wws is spying on your testing terrains. Maybe you can supply him with some screenshot. Feel free to email them to me or wws so wws can upload them. Oh, i got some evidence of wws spying on you.

Hi everybody!

nice to see that WWS is up again (or at least almost)

Sadly i'm not sure if i actually will be able to deliver a track for the contest finally because i'm heavy in duty with a severe algorithmic bug in my 'Purgatorium' (which has priority). Let's wait and see...
