no pictures for billboards and signs

Please help, I can't get any pictures for billboards or signs in rct3. I save them in the default file and nothing available in the game, I have tried moving the folder to different locations and still nothing. This is driving me crazy, I am going round in circles and don't know what to do, I have full security permission in the folder and file properties. I tried deleting the My Pictures folder then running the game, it recreates the default folder again, but I still can't get any pictures from the folder in the game, the selection screen is blank, no pictures to pick. I am using Windows 7. Please help before I go insane.

Um, what file format are the pictures in?

They are a mix of both jpg and bmp.

Damn. I don't know Windows 7, and that's all I could think of.

I have the same problem too with windows 7.

There is a hack around that renames some folder and links it to Documents, Google something like RCT3 Billboard Fix n stuff.

My billboards work well.
