Is there anyone on here that isn't a Jew?

I'm not being a twat, just genuinely curious. I never thought about it before but there seems to be a lot of Jewish people. You have to understand that it seems odd to me because here in England, religion in general is like... non existant now (except for varying degrees of Muslim) and you could live your entire life without coming across a Jew. I guess it's obvious though really, with the core of the site being American, I just... never thought about it before.

^Gouldy, what makes you think a majority of Americans are Jewish? We're mostly Christian, to be honest. Granted, there are places where there is a Jewish majority, but overall not so much.

I have Jewish heritage but I'm an athiest.

Sorry if that is what came across, I didn't mean that I thought most Americans were Jewish. What I meant was that religion still seems very much at the forefront of culture in America, i.e. a higher percentage of Americans are in some way religious than here. The concept of anyone I know being religious in any respect is still quite alien to me, let alone someone I know being Jewish, because as a religion Judaism simply doesn't exist here.

I read in a textbook a few years ago that the Jewish Demographic is .2% of the world's population.
