Just wondering why is there an adrenaline category for recreation coasters? It seems to me that by rating in adrenaline on a truly good recreation of a ride you are in fact rating the ride itself and not the recreation. Why should the scores of exceptionally good recreations be brought down if the real ride is not exciting? Is there any good reason that if somebody decides to recreate a mine train than they should have to have lower scores than a slightly worse recreation of a coaster that is more exiting?
Boulder Dash was the only good roller coaster.

I base it on how well the feel of the actual ride or similar rides was captured. For example I never rode Orient Express, so the next closest thing I have to go on is Loch Ness, and it captured the feel of that quite well. So I would (and will) give it a high adrenaline score.

Yes, but wouldn't that be rated under accuracy? You'd think that ratings should go on something a lot more solid than just "feel"

Accuracy was how well the supports were placed, how realistic the shaping was, and how accurate the profile was. You can have a fairly accurate layout and still completely miss what the ride actually feels like. Just my opinion, of course.
