You probably heard about this. I personally think this was justified as she was clearly interfering in the arrest of someone else. No one in their right mind should expect to break up a police arrest without expecting to have their butt kicked by the cops for aggressively interfering in police activity.

I can relate to this because I am very aggressive on the police cars in Nitro Need For Speed like that woman was to the police. I try to bash them, abruptly cut them off and grind them along the side of the road. Those cops in Niro Need For Speed don't even get out of their cars and try to punch me in the face for trying to destroy their cars. They should arrest me for speeding, hitting traffic, causing pileups, and street racing.

i agree, it's stupid to think that if you're out of line nothing will happen. If you're being aggressive, what goes around comes around. you're gonna get hurt. she deserved every bit of that punch. good man :D

OK class, let us recap ... shall we?

First she pushed him (assault), the she removed his hands from a suspect (interference) and then she shoved him again (2nd case of assault) ... all against a police officer. If he felt threatened then he was perfectly justified in defending himself. She should be happy he didn't take out his baton and deal with her attitude appropriately. It's an open and shut case -- judgment is for the officer.

This ain't Rodney King folks (regardless of Miss Loud-Mouth's skin color) -- this is interference with an official police investigation as well as assault on a police officer. I would LOVE to be this guy's attorney.

That police officer needs a promotion.

What's better yet is people are going to try to make this look racist, just because she is black, happens EVERY time.

Just another excuse to pull out the love race card.

I'm still not quite sure what is wrong with this?

The message surely is: if you're gonna be unruly, you're gonna get smacked, so... don't be unruly?

It seems like a simple premise to me.

Yeah Jayman, they have both been in the system before.

If he would've backed down I think the people on the scene would've whooped his ass. So I can see where he was justified in using the force he did. Now he shouldn't have mouthed off about it, the golden rule is nobody talks and everybody walks.

Rosenthal and Levias are African American; Walsh is white.

uhhh... so? that was a seperate paragraph. i'm sorry, but i thnk that as soon as they realise that there are white people who aren't actually racist, you'll see the bitch was plain out of line.
imo, the police should use more tactics like these, because sometimes what someone needs to be put in line is for the police to say that what you are doing is straight up wrong and imma beat your ass down. you don't like it? you shouldn't have done it.
