I literally just did one of those. I dont really know how to explain it with words. Just try to make the G's ok and make sure the exit is at 0 degrees like he said. Then just do a Single Zone Force segment and slide the time for as long of a turn as you want. I understand, its tricky. It took me a good 10 minutes to perfect mine.

A flat turn consists of 3 sections: The lead in, the turn itself, and the lead out. You should adjust the normal and roll settings of the first segment- the lead in- to make the turn, the second segment, parallel to the ground. After that, make the lead out however you want it.
