Dude this is halarious. "Omg people on the internet are being mean to me! THE INTERNET!!!!!!! I mean this a matter of importance! How can people be mean to me on the internet?". Thats pretty much what you sound like. Heres what im thinking, if they are mean you can A, suck it up and say to yourself "its the internet, i will live" or you can B, not go into chat and avoid them. But making it a big deal in the forums is a dumb and imo childish decision. If it hurts you that bad (which it shouldn't) then message and admin about it.

Hmmm... When reading both chats I don't really see anything wrong.

Wolfman is already whining and stuff. When he is pushed again on the facts of what he did, he goes into defense mode that it wasn't such a big deal. When it's actually a much bigger deal in here that he thinks it is...
Chat 2:
He starts already being a twat in the start. Spamming; Causes irritation; People pick on him again. He shoots into defense mode again and doesn't take anyone serious anymore and eventually leaves out of irritation.
Both of his own actions cause problems to make him being hated.
