What? Elementary allows different formulas, including H:SAK and FVD's. There is nothing "wrong" with it, it's just fairly advanced. Newton2 is by far the easiest, and the majority of the time produces the best results, hence it being encouraged.
Thanks you for making me realize that newton2 was a program of that kind. After taking a quick look at the program, it appears that it is fairly fun and usable. But still, as long as it isn't too advanced, I simply love working in the algebraic way
