Remember the "Shake Rattle'N'Roll" coaster from NoLimits update 1.3?

Well, the ride is not aging well, and has recenly had a loading accident due to adding too many cars. The park wants YOU to rebuild it!

Rules:
-Must use 3 trains
-Must use the 4-seat PTC trains or the Millennium Flyer trains
-If Millennium Flyers, 12 cars. If PTC, 6 cars.
-Must have at least one 90 degree banked turn
-Must have a Mid Course Brake Run
-cannot modify station track
-cannot modify lift track
-cannot add another lift or launch
-cannot move footers if there is cross-bracing in the above structure. If there is no cross-bracing in the above structure, the footers can be deleted, or moved anywhere. Here is an example:

273.07 KB

Now, a list of what you CAN do!
-change the track banking
-delete wood beams and move the structure/track up or down
-modify the brakes/use magnetic brakes
-add footers and custom lateral bracing
-add new structures as long as they follow the footer removal rules
-add 3Ds and trees
-steel beams on crossovers
-have fun!

The deadline is a little over one month from now, Saturday, September 18, at 11:59:59 PM American Central Time.

I'll give it a try, I'm in for now but I may drop out.
Boulder Dash was the only good roller coaster.

Although it would be weird if you were attached to this NL coaster like you were with the Texas Giant. [lol]

Eh, why the hell not? I've got too much time on my hands, and a crappy B*M invert on the back burner. I need something to keep me interested.
I'm in.

Wow, the contest idea is really awesome. Too bad I have little time lately on building something.

Sign me up anyhow, you'd never know if I'd still finish up something. [:)]

edit:
Fun fact: with improved friction off (as how I downloaded it), it doesn't clear the track. But when it's on, it clears the track easily! [:D]

When you say that those supports can't be moved, does that mean they can be deleted?

The footers marked "MUST stay in place" in the picture cannot be deleted. The supports above them can, but something must be connecting to the footers.

And just for the hell of it, if you want to use a steel spine and make a 91+ degree turn or 90-97 degree drop, go ahead!

And also (IMPORTANT):

You will NOT be judged by your adherence to a certain company's style! Build whatever the hell you want!

And to avoid conflicts from other contests, There is NO demographic, NO budget, or any of that crap.

I will judge you coaster by how good it is, not by if it looks like a GCI, or Gravity Group, or whatever.

I encourage you to use your own style, or even a mixture of GCI, CCI, Gravity Group, Intamin, or whatever else you can think of!

It really just means the track has to follow the same path.

Or, for example, you can move the track one "space" to the side, and use the existing footers for the lateral bracing.

Hmmm... When reading this I could pull of a mikey on this contest... [:D] But I think I'm going for a more serious approach.

I have completed a ride, but it won't operate with six car trains. So I guess I will have to scrap it and start over.
