braces!

today (5-1-03) i got my braces on the top teeth...later i'll get the bottom teeth. i'm an msu fan so they're maroon (my teeth are white) [:D] they really hurt! [:D]

I've had braces since July 9, 2001. Sucks [:(!] And yes, they do hurt [xx(] and they will for a loooooooooooooooooong time. [B)]

I had them in high school, kinda sucked cuz it'd freak out the girls, come senior year and gone braces, damn I shined [:D]

i love how they tell you "just 4 more months" and it ends up being 2 more years.

Had them, and after a couple years, I got 'em removed. It was only sore for a few days. Glad they're gone though because I couldnt chew gum or anything

I used to chew gum and everything when I had them LOL
Only prob is I never wore the retainers. I hates those things more than the braces.

Lets not mention about retainers, especially after losing them at Santa Cruz beach boardwalk!

I just got braces today. They suck. A lot.

I've had 'em on for three years - and I've been playing trumpet the whole time, too. Without wax.

Hey! Don't complain without wax! I've played trombone, sousaphone, and tuba through marching band and beyond without wax. Ouch! I think I have permanent scars from it. I have 2 red mouthpieces from the blood. It's tasty. [:P] [sillyme]

I got Mellennium Force colors, dark blue and grey, and i hate wax, it doesnt work.

I have braces and got new wires yesterday. They hurt pretty bad.

I had braces for about 2 years, they hurt at first, and everytime they change the wires, and yes they suck, a lot!
By the time they took them off, it felt so weird, because you get used to all that metal in your mouth... lol

I am getting my braces off soon [:)]. One thing I've noticed about all of the three year bump topics is that they all have posts by Elfman. To me though, it seems like hot rod is just padding his post count with these bumps.

I wish I had had Invisaligns when I had braces. Sadly I did not. That makes my mouth inadequate and useless.

Invisaligns straighten your teeth much faster, they are more comfortable, you cannot see them, and you are not restricted with food.

I've never really chewed much gum or eaten popcorn, so food wasn't really an issue for me.

I went to the orthodontist(however its spelled) about 2 years ago I think it is now, and they said I didn't need em an probly never will. Now I'm almost hopin I get braces for like maybe half a year. my teeth don't feel terribly straight but everyone says they look fine...meh I don't care. if I get anything I wanna get those invisaline things.

My teeth have always been perfectly good.
I dont eat shitty little sweets or chocolate because quite frankly, its deadly and they both ruin your teeth.
Im more of a savory kinda dude anyway.
You know, pies, fish + chips and a whole lot of bread and sandwiches.
I'm also a salad monster, i love the stuff[:)].
