Can Someone make a custom car texture for me???

Well, I screwed up horribly at my attempts so I was wondering if you could help me. The ride is Talon, I'm almost done with it, I'm debating on wether or no I should put in 3ds or not, but what I do want is a custom texture, here is a pic of it and when your done with it just send it to me at [url]thecool326@yahoo.com[/url].
