That is the best waterpark in the world. After all, it did win a golden ticket award for best waterpark. Except, Millennium Force won best steel coaster so I don't know how reliable those awards are.

I have only ever visited literally 1 water park and I don't even remember what it's called and I have to press my "home" button and everything to get to google, just way too much effort.

So, my answer to the question HAS to be:

The water park in Spain that is right next to Port Aventura.

Yeah, that one.

Costa Caribe [;)]

I've visited tons of pools and waterparks but there isn't a single one that really did stand out for me. But if I've got to answer something, than I would say: Tikibad @ Duinrell. Great place with tons of fun and good slides. [:)]
Coastercount: 1410 (I've seen the world and it's horrid contraptions... @.@)

Splashin' Safari, in Santa Claus, IN

I second Splashin' Safari. Go on a Sunday and it's not very crowded at all.

Schlitterban was a total dissapointment. The rides all looked amazing... but with an hour wait for just about every ride, it was like waiving candy in front of a baby's face. During a week day I rode one tube slide and the master blaster in 4 hours. That's supposed to be fun? My girlfriend and I left with major disappointment. I can see how the park would be amazing, without the crowds.
