I deleted my old post and made a new one, I only edited the magnum post to tell fatties to shut up :D.

But yeah I see your point I'll be more careful.

Also does Shivering Timbers have that straight track so they could add a MCBR later if they wanted to or something?
"Careful man, there's a beverage here!"

2 things:

1. Nitro is not at Six Flags Great America.

2. Nitro sucks. There are so many other good Hypers going around, you had to pick Nitro?

Nitro isn't bad, it's good choice now that there are few hypers left.

^that's a very good pick. I think I'd personally prefer that one to shivering timbers, seems a matter of taste though.

Seeing that the good CCI's are going very quickly now, I pick

Tonnerre de Zeus @ Parc Ast?????????rix.

My personal #1 coasterit just rocks! [worship]

^ Always thought it looked like it should be a good ride, similar in parts to Megafobia, only with tunnels!

I was debating between Shivering Timbers, Tremors, Rampage, and Tonnerre De Zeus. Tremors does look great to me, but I think it's too small to be a standout ride with the caliber of other rides I have. Rampage appeared to be running best out of all of them according to recent POVs, and I think has the best setting, but with gouldy taking Megafobia and again with it not being unique enough to stand out with my other rides, that one was out (although I do think the layout compliments Ex Geforce a lot, so it wouldn't have been a totally bad choice I don't think). TDZ I think has the best layout of them but didn't look like it was running great in the newer POV I saw. I've seen some old ones where it looks amazing, but it looked a little slow in the one I watched. And ST, while I don't think it has a great setting, and it's not all that unique layout wise, I think is the most unique in it self, and looked to be running great in that POV I linked, and is the most stand out/recognizable of all of them.

Thanks for that post, I really like when discussion sets in during the draft, making it more interesting. [approve]

I'd like to see the TDZ pov you're talking about. In the newest ones I could find (all 2010), it still looks insane! Also, it looks like they've added a second, mist-filled tunnel:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oxk2tmQii1s
(reverse pov, new effects)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zLuZZ43j ... re=related
(backseat pov, mediocre quality)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P6cr_Kjs ... re=related
(good frontseat pov, no sound)

I just love this ride! [peakhill] However, the four coasters you mentioned (along with Raven and Megafobia that were picked already) really seem to be the top CCI's around. Except, of course, Boulder Dash that is ranked hands down the best. Rampage would've been my Backup for Tonnerre, by the way.

I watched the mounted E-coasters one (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HtxxMVeryfo), where while it didn't look bad by any means, it looked a little sluggish in the turns, at least compared to how Rampage is running recently. That thing is flying in Robb's POV.

But in the end, I think Shivering Timbers stands out the most of any of them (even though I think TDZ and Rampage have better and more unique layouts), and it too looks like it's running really well lately.
