Seriously, WTF

Okay so I'm trying to upload an old NL track to mediafire to show a friend. I go to mediafire and i cannot find the folder it's in only to find that it's a compatibility file....what does this mean, and how can I upload this poop to mediafire, it's pissing me off and all my NL work will go to waste.

So how can I fix the thing, and has anyone else had this problems, nothing online worked, they keep showing tabs, paths, and options I dont have

Drag and drop the trackfile from the compatibility file to your desktop. It's a bitch that comes with windows 7.

Turn off UAC. Use google to find out how and you won't get any compatibility nor run as admin bullshit on W7/Vista anymore.
