What the love? This kid obvioulsy has a demon.
He threw this massive tantrum cuz his mother terminated his WOW account. This kid is insane, he starts taking off his clothes for no freakin reason and stabs himself with a remote, hits himslef with a Reebok sneaker and starts convoulsing on the bed.
Its extremely fake. Who would legitimately shove a remote up their rectum over World of Warcraft? And also, why would he put the blanket over himself and willingly take his clothes off?
There are some messed up people in the world, but I think you're giving him too much credit.
Whwhahahahhaha,not really.It tends to be more Autism as Asperger,I talk from my own expieriences.
I have Asperger too and sometimes I tick out when I'm angry,but not like that,this is FAKE or AUTISM.
My question to you is, where's the tv? If they show me (they as in the person who makes these videos) a smashed $3,000 tv, then I'll believe its true.
I would rather watch the kid get maced by the cop. lol
It's not acting, and it's not "pausing to remember their lines," it's called being flustered. Have you ever gotten into a fight with a parent? or maybe a friend for that matter? This kid has a disorder where his anger on and off switch is over reactive. Normally, if your mom would not buy you a game, you get upset, putts around for a minute, mope, but move forward with your day in about an hour or so. This kid does not have that filter, and just flies off the handle whenever he sees something as wrong or unfair.
The only way that I can see it as fake is the kid himself is acting in order to get what he wants, not the video's themselves.
I agree with what Real said, and I'm leaning towards the video's being real, only because I've seen this kind of stuff really happen as well.

I know someone whos sister suffers from a learning disability and as a concequence, has a really hard time dealing with failure, anger and anything related to that emotion.
I can totally see this kid reacting like this without this being all a set up. The person I mentioned would break down and cry hysterics if someone took a single fry off her plate at dinner. If she was doing homework and couldn't pronounce a word she would get insanely angry, cry and then storm around the place. None of it an act.
Don't be so sure because his case is fake simply because the behavior is ridiculous. People with a decent to severe LD typically have anger issues because they have an extremely hard time coping with it and knowing what to do when faced with those situations.
The video when hes being betrayed by his brother, I have seen completely NORMAL people react like that to video games. Heck I get mad enough I could throw my controller THROUGH the wall but knowing thats a bad idea for many reasons I simply just quit. This kid, or others Ive known, wouldnt compute that.
Some of what this kid, Steven, does is really, really off the wall. Some of it seems fake, others not. Having grown up being exposed to people who can exhibit this behavior and its their norm, I lean towards this being real. Not by much, but just a bit.

It could well be real, my brother has special needs (Autism and about 5 more, Yah, He's a handful) and has done much worse things than this guy. My brother becomes 'attached' to people, such as people down our road. If my mum doesn't let him go to their house, he'll break stuff, jump all over the place, screams, punches me and my mum and even kicks doors down. Its possible its real, its also possible its fake. I don't mind though. I dont really find it funny, since I experience it every single love day of my life.
