For a new style B&M airtime hill, the transitions from positive to zero-g is shorter.

So, you have a constant (lets say 3.8g) positive force for abit while the ride heads upwards, then a short transition to 0Gs, then keep that constant all the way over and down. Make it symetrical and there you go.

The older B&Ms don't hold the positive/zero-g as long, but have a longer transition between the two. This makes a more eye pleasing hill. (if you look at recent hypers, the hills do look abit odd.

Does it really matter that much? Its a hill on a roller coaster. It looks close enough. Don't waste your time on trying to be perfect, to where you lose all enjoyment. I'm sure every one of B&M's hills isn't exactly alike. Either way, this is your roller coaster, not B&M's.

if i dont do that then this will happen...http://www.coastercrazy.com/track_exchange/detail.asp?tid=16986

I have been here long enough to realize that people are overly critical about things that really don't matter. I was just saying that it seems like you really take the fun out of it when you get too anal. It doesn't matter what other people think about your tracks, as long as you like them. It's a roller coaster on a computer that will never be.

It's just my .02. You can spend hours trying to make everything perfect, but in the end some geek is still going to say "you need to move that footer about 2 feet to the left", while being a total dick about it. God love the internet... To me that's when something like No Limits loses its fun factor.

The hill looks good enough to me...

There you go. As far as i know this is what a b and m hill looks like and how you make it.

How did you get Newton to do that? Having 3 transition adjustment boxes open at once, and having empty space between the normal transitions?

So you edited it to get the empty space in between them? Can you show an unedited picture of this section?

I dont think i have one. I just pasted all three onto powerpoint then did some cropping and positioning and it just so happened to leave spaces between them. I forget why.
