Just a little something I am working on, looking for CONSTRUCTIVE feedback.

Also, can someone please tell me where I can get a good 3d modeling program for free, and how does one create car textures??

Try the search feature on the forums it will give you most of the answers you are asking for.

The problem is so many topics get "off topic" that searching through them takes forever.

Eeps; I'm not impressed with the track work or support work from what I can see. Maybe some clearer pictures?

First off I would say it should all be tri railed and secondly the elements around the MCBR look very forceless to say the least.

I am done with all the track work and supports, check the exchange for the track to download and rate.

The tophat looks to tight? It looks like its going to pull extreme air-time over that..

I am currently re-vamping the ride...IMO what I am working on is at least 10x better...but I am biased since it's my ride.

Well, this is a screenshot of the re-vamp, however, I am having difficulty uploading the track on the exchange, any suggestions?

Fine. If you're going to be a bitch about it, then here.

I took notes from the beginning to the end of the ride (I paused and wrote notes down as it went along), so everything is in chronological order in accordance to the ride:
?????????Slanted supports, unevenly spaced and too big in the first turn + missing some
?????????Eliptical turn shape? bad
?????????Turn off the catwalk on vertical track
?????????Top of the lift is too tight
?????????The lift isn't even vertical
?????????Bottom of the drop is too tight. Make it more gradual , so there isn't a blank piece of track between the drop and the loop (flowingness)
?????????Loop is super undersupported
?????????No supports between the loop and tophat? Whaaa?
?????????Top hat has awkward banking transitions, especially on the way down
?????????More missing supports...
?????????Air Hill lead-in has a big jerk
?????????Wtf... why is the air hill's bottom lead out banked?
?????????Supports?
?????????Bad banking and transitions in tunnel
?????????*pump pump pump* in the tunnel
?????????more bad transitions and banking leading into the MCBR
?????????Bad supports/shaping and track shape after MCBR
?????????Premade corkscrew? Bad Supports to go with it
?????????*missing supports*
?????????wtf transition from corkscrew to overbank
?????????*pump* in overbank
?????????more bad banking and missing and badly made supports
?????????Bad apex on the last air hill

Happy?

ok, thanks. When providing feedback to someones ride, specifics help, that way the person knows exactly how someone else sees the ride. hard to see things wrong on your own track sometimes.

As far as the lift not being 90*...every time I tried it twisted, that was as vertical as I could get it, BTW who said it had to be 90* it is my own design, not a recreation of anything.

If you make it exactly 90* and it twists, select 'rel-roll' and it will resolve to a properly banked vertical lift.

Ok thanks Gerstl...I fixed the lift so now it is 90*....and this track was inspired by Colossus, MF, and Fahrenheit.

I spent the last couple hours changing the giant airtime hill after the outside top hat into a zero-g roll....I am really tired right now so I will post pics either tomorrow or Thursday.

Please let me know what you think of the roll...it is 100% hand built by me.

Perhaps you could give suggestions on how to improve it instead of saying it's poo. This will isolate you from the emos and make you a better more useful person.

Roll may need to twist a bit faster than you have it twisting.
