I know I once saw a ride that had a 9.97 ER in RCT2 somewhere...but I built this the other day just messing around in one of my parks. It's an Intamin Giga coaster thats 320 ft. Once I had it going with a line of over 700 people in it I checked to ratings and got this...

If you take a real close look you can see it was a Giga Coaster

Yea any of the Six Flags models you can't modify which is dumb. Can you demolish it? you could keep all of the supports and just rebuild a track on top of it lol.

Theres a glitch in RCT2 that lets you get like 600 excitement points. Proof:

I haven't had the time to upload a video or other proof that I didn't simply edit this in paint so you'll just have to try it out yourself if you don't believe it.

- Build station 6 blocks long
- Build heartline roll
- Upper transfer
- 3 heartline rolls all in same direction
- Lower transfer
- Heartline roll
- Place entrance/exit
- Test
- ????
- Open
- Profit

i wouldent call it a glitch, you know chris put "glitches" into RCT1 and 2 on purpose which i think is awsome

i like when you make a park where peeps pay on the rides, ive seen poopes spending ?????????400 plus on rides which makes me laugh everytime

coasteragent. Do you have to build the heartline rolls in a certain direction?

You better have a large cleaning crew near that ride exit. Puke everywhere. I miss picking up peeps and dropping them in the ponds.

I have at least 5 handymen all for that area by the entrance/exit. AND a first aid room. Lol.

As far as I know, the rolls can be any direction you choose, just make sure the three rolls are consecutive.

The instructions posted are just for that layout I used. The glitch should work with any coaster with a roll that's considered a heartlined roll. I forgot which rides it works on but for "normal" rides, you simply use two small turns instead of an upper/lower transfer. Just make sure all lengthy rolls are consecutive and don't suddenly change direction.

10.04 is NOTHING for a giga coaster, the pro builders can get it up to like 11.50 easy, with no scenery at all

Boulder Dash was the only good roller coaster.

No offense, but that's nothing. Giga coasters are the easiest things in the world to get over 10. Just make them really tall and fast, with lots of airtime and lots of high-speed turns. And *poof!* instant 10.5 or higher. What's difficult is getting over 10 with more obscure coaster types.

Here's every type I've broken the 10-point barrier in thus far:

Giga Coaster: 11.99
Hyper-Twister (4-across): 11.42
Vertical Drop: 11.08
Floorless: 10.48
Hyper Twister (2-across): 10.36
Steel Twister: 10.09
Wood Coaster (Articulated Trains): 10.07 (I got up to 10.22 on RCT1 once, but haven't yet been able to duplicate it in RCT2.)
Steel Looping: 10.00

Yeah, it is very easy to acheive a +10 excitement rating on the giga coasters

Although, I have only ever acheived +10 scores for the excitement on giga coasters and the 4 seat Hyper Twisters. Haven't managed it on anywhere near as many coaster types as cjd!
