hello, i'm thinking about getting NL(and UR also) and downloaded the NL demo. i can't even get make the station perfectly straight and the "make straight" feature(letter I) is disabled! how do i perfectly straighten the station? and do i have to buy NL to use the "make straight" feature if it's disabled in the demo? thanks in advance.

Select the segment then press "i" selecting the segment will enable the make strait thing.

see, i already tried that. it's disabled somehow. I press the "I" button with the segment selected and nothing happens. And when I go to the edit menu, i can't click on "make straight" because it's grayed out. is this because i have the demo?

Set the "grid snap" on and view from the top. Line the nodes up on the same line and pull the control points to the same line. That will make it perfectly straight from the top view. Then follow the same for the left or right view and you'll have a perfectly straight piece of track. That's weird though, I don't think the "make straight" feature is disabled in the demo. Oh well, hope that helps.
