The problem is, if the trains hit the old steel rail bolts, it be just a hard jolt, they are wwwaaayyyy smaller than the new bolts and spaced closer together, so it is possible that the train did hit the bolts on occasion, lateral forces change depending on certain variables. All I am saying is one small miscalculation and the new track is a recipe for disaster greater than any Japanese coaster accident.
The road wheels do go off the steel track occasionally, but it's nothing bad. The biggest cause of that happening is probably wear and tear from the guide wheels. If it's made of steel, the road wheels won't hit the bolts. If it was possible for the train to hit those bolts sticking up, the park wouldn't of invested in that product.
