Aileron [Screens, Finished layout 11/30/10]

After a successful month of not making intamins it's time to make....AN INTAMIN! and my fastest ride for that matter with a launch of 110mph the layout will be relatively like formula rossa. Also like Formula Rossa it's named after a car, the Spyker C8 Aileron (my favorite car)

Those are some sexy shots, but a full layout shot or two would nicely accompany these. I don't know what method of building you're using, but from what I see, I kinda faintly get the feeling that the heartline is too tall.

And lol, Aileron? I think Spyker tries too hard. But it is better than calling the ride Corvette or LS9.

I'm handbuilding, i've always hand built.

Looks great! A bit of odd looking shaping but im sure you will work everything out.

This better have better airtime than Formula Rossa.

^ I can assure you it does, that shallow hill after the launch is taken full speed and pulls a sustained -1.0 gs, even after the trims (they there are trims) it will pull no less than -0.9 on any given hill. The last hill onto the brakes spikes for a second at -1.6

Again double post, anyway I made a launch track and brake fins for the trims, some pics. Wish the orange catch car worked.
