I began it in August and skipped about the last 2 or 3 weeks of the program, exceeding the goals for that week. Aside from lifting a few times a week, I run 3 miles 3 times a week. Only takes about a half an hour.
I would seriously check it out, it is well paced and starts off in really small baby steps. When I first started, I couldn't even jog 400m, anyone can do it.
What I need (and want) to focus on is working off the stomach fat like everyone else.
