Looks massive, wow! I just saw it...that looked AMAZING. And what is that program they're using? I thought it was NL Pro looking at the off-ride, then I saw the POV and it looks way too good to be NL...but then again.

Do NOT tell me that looks "drawn out" Or I will reach through the monitor and kill you.

Thats NL. Actually, it looks like its only slightly modified. The textures look updated and the lim brakes might be more up to date but thats only because I havent been in NL in awhile.

This ride is going to be totally awesome! Big, fast, and lots of airtime.

It's definitely the Pro Version of NL. Although we could probably make it look like that with a new environment.

But seriously, this ride looks absolutely amazing. The pace is just unreal! I might end up in China for a vacation some time...

It was genius to have what could possibly be the slowest part of the ride (post-main drop) in a tunnel.

Gravity Group could have done better, and I still think it looks like that company's normal mediocre unmemorable turds that they throw out every year.

Gravity groups would require much more maintenance to keep it ride-able though. At least GCIs are built to last.

OK, That's it. I vote we drug and kidnap Matt, take him to Dollywood and seat him right on Thunderhead. Then just to prove a point, take him to Hersheypark and seat him on Wildcat. After riding both, he will see how GCI coasters run now and finally understand that GCIs are excellent coasters.

With Timberliners, that's questionable.

^ No GG coaster has publicly run Timbers though. I think this coaster looks cool. Not gonna ride it but it looks cool.

The Voyage wasn't in daily operation when Timberliners were on. The general public hasn't ridden in a Timberliner.

Get some proof of this. Until then, I'll maintain my position that GCI is the Apple Computers of roller coasters and you're going on the "it just works" frame of mind.

Boardwalk Bullet, Hades, Voyage...vs. anything within the last 10 years from GCI. Great Coasters uses reduced maintenance as a selling point, and according to them it doesn't cost any more than a steel coaster to maintain (and the advertisement says they can prove it). Far as I understand, one of the big issues with the current Gravity Group rides isn't completely their fault, as there are lots of issues with running PTCs on a layout like that. They navigate badly and tear up the track. Add that to generally faster speeds and higher forces than GCI and you have a reason for a ride to be in the condition I hear Hades is.

I rode Hades in August and it wasn't bad at all. In fact I have it ranked #5 right now, it was that good. People are just pussies.

Yeah I agree with your last statement in most cases, but those stories came with pictures of the new train padding additions which tell me something's wrong lol.

God love the overwhelming number self titled enthusiasts' grandiose opinions. Somehow when we ride a certain number of roller coasters or join a certain number of forums we lose our appreciation for a good ride.

No, because they're so slow and completely forceless with no air at all? They're not fun, pull that pickle out of your ass man.

It's all subjective, and I happen to like B&M and GCI.
