I was looking for shuttle loop speeds on RCDB, but i found that there are to different track lengths and speed, somebody knows if there are multiple versions, or that RCDB is just not correct?
Can somebody tell me the real lenght and speeds of the Shuttle Loop?

Launching and recovering a train on one of the older systems is not an exact science my friend, there are things like environmentals (wind/rain/temp), train weight, train friction settings, age of the cable, power availability, operator skill, etc that all affect the effective output of the propulsion system.

So determining a min/max speed is easy, determining an average speed is a bit harder. If I recall from those many years ago working on greased lightnin, I believe the minimum speed to clear the loop and return was 43 mph, but its normal operating speed was closer in the 50-55 mph range.
