Stupid youtube dowloader saves as a document.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sTzSVj87yBg When I try to add this pov to my coaster videos the latest version of youtube downloader saves as a document. I really want this video as a actual video not a document that my computer cannot open.

My Mac doesn't do that.

change the file extension to ".mov" or ".m4v" and see what happens. Or maybe even ".flv".

Quicktime couldn't open the mov file. It was a file that it did not understand.

use the converter inside youtube downloader. ;)

I tried to convert this video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qo5IQgzd ... re=related but is failed to convert to a WMV file. I get
"File Conversion failed
This can be caused by an unsupported combination of perimeters or by a missing or unsupported codec."

Just right click on the video screen and select "save video as"

It only downloads 165 kilobits of the first video.
