I got it but right now Im using FL since I'm a beginner. Once i get pretty good at FL, i figure I'll use cubase

Digital audio workstation? If so, then no. My younger bro is quite the musical wiz and he uses Cubase, although he hasn't got a decent setup at home, his school is fairly well equiped. Was the only way I knew Cubase, he talks about it a fair bit
