There are many more factors in it that would make it worth the price, such as graphics, funcitons/capabilities, etc. The selection is only part and shouldn't alone justify it.

You guys need to be happier people.
Boulder Dash was the only good roller coaster.

To a extent, the ride selection shouldn't justify the price. I wouldn't be surprised if Ole tacks on another 15-20 dollars to the Original No limits price. Sooo many more capabilities with NL2.

well most modern computer softwares are $50-$60 bucks. I'd pay that much for nl2.

^ As most people would. With NL2 your getting quality, and quantity. The function-ability of NL2 is going to be unmatched, as with the graphic quality, and the endless possibilities. When it comes to computer software, roller coasters to be more specific, people want to be able to be imaginative, creative, and free from constraints. NL2 is going to be a revolution in the coaster building industry in the fact that the editor is now part of the simulator, meaning you can correct shaping more accurately to the rides out there in the real world now, harness a better visual of the coaster's feel, etc...

$50 -60$ is pretty damn cheap for what NL2 is going to offer, so I have no complaints.
So, my friend came up to me the other day and asked if I wanted a frozen banana, and I said no, but I want a normal banana later, so... yea.

Ride for your life! This is the new tag and motto of what NL2 finally will turn into. A full blown action packed first person horror shooter. We thought that simulating a coaster all alone is just too boring, so we came up with this unique idea. It was only a logical consequence. Adding a couple of weapons, medipacks and zombies was easy after we had the hard stuff such as the collision detection and the walkmode already working. Hardest part was probably to come with a good story. We wanted it to be as new and fresh as possible. There will be single-player and multi-player parts. The action will take place in an amusement park crowded by visitors who turned into deadly zombies after watching the new Apocalypse pre show. You are the only park visitor still alive who obviously seemed to have missed that one. Your only chance to survive is to eliminate all the zombies before they get you. Check out the screenshots below, but be warned some are quite brutal. Especially if you live in Germany please close your eyes and leave this website immediately because you will be faced with pure amounts of violence and horror.

Killing zombies while riding coasters will unlock new weapons and other even cooler rides. We are still working on the multi-player part of the game, which will at least contain coop, domination and capture the 6 flags multi-player modes. A big thank you goes to Phyter, for providing us these exclusive screenshots. [ol]

Heh. Well aside for the April Fools Day joke you can see that the worn track that cool5 asked for (recommended really) looks to have been put in there.

Either I have not enough faith in your photoshop abilities or you stole that from someone else. Looks kind of neat but still it is a rather queer idea of an April Fool's joke.

What's so queer about joking that NL2 is going to be a zombie-shooter game?

And you're critiquing Photoshop skills? You think they have time to get all the lighting down and stuff to make things look good? No, they're making a game. And I'm pretty sure Phyter has skills because Thunderhead Falls was very detailed, and I'm sure he also helps make train textures and/or other textures.

That would be awesome. Riding roller coasters, and shooting zombies. If you don't kill them all before the ride ends, they eat your brains at the station!

Yeah these screenshots are awesome regardless of the fact that it's a joke. The last one of the dive machine looks amazing.
