This coaster is an Intamin LSM launcher which launches the riders during a ~40 degree hill. The coaster was entirely made with Newton 2 and it's actually my first coaster that I'm happy with enough to try to make something out of.

Supports are up next, I'm thinking of a yellow-greenish color, what do you think?

tmv8888: Thanks [:)]

Brtnboarder: The launch pulls 1.2 G's, the turns all pull 3.5 G's and the hill in the end gives you -0.4 G's.

I'm pretty much finished with the supports now, is there anyone with the construction kit who could export my coaster into a 3D object? [:)]

Thanks in advance.

Supports are finally finished! Keep in mind though that this is basically the first support-work I actually do (except for a half of a very short n00b-coaster).

Oh, and I still need help with the exporting of the coaster to a 3D object. Because, if I'm right (still very new here), you can export the coaster with the construction kit, which is no longer available. Am I right?

I would say give it more airtime, but it's already done. Hopefully those inversions keep the ride interesting.

Overally, looking nice.

Damn, thats a sick idea for a heartline before the launch. Nice idea dude.
So, my friend came up to me the other day and asked if I wanted a frozen banana, and I said no, but I want a normal banana later, so... yea.

Thanks everyone, I'm very glad to receive such good feedback on my first project. As still nobody have volunteered for the exportion of the track into a .3ds I guess I'm going to have to come up with a way to create 3ds scenery anyways. However, something has got in my way. When I launched Cinema 4D earlier today it just freezed whenever I added an object to my scene. I guess a reinstall is up next. [:)]

I did a reinstall of Cinema 4D and it works fine again, so I've been working a bit on the scenery for the coaster today. I think I'll be going for just an amusement park look for the theming. No textures have been added yet, but I'll get to that as soon as I've figured out how to do the UV-mapping in Cinema 4D.

Hooray for raising topics from the the dead!

I ran in to this ride a long long time ago, and was very excited to find it here. Then, to my dismay it was never completed.[:(] Could you plz finish this. It's outstanding! And for so much work already been done, you really should.

Well, I stopped using NoLimits for quite a while about a week or so after my latest post (more than a year ago). Anyways, I actually "just" started playing with NoLimits again (or well, it was two months since). However, I won't pick up this project again sadly, it seems like just your average Newton-coaster to me. I've some other projects though that I believe will be a lot more exciting, so keep an eye out. ;)

Oh, and thanks for commenting and I'm very glad you like it!

Hmm, I might :)

I just have to find it though, I've done a reinstall of Windows since, but I guess I have it at some backup disc somewhere.
