I think this is a great opportunity for some of the older members here to post anything they had made on this site to show how far they have come. That includes old coaster uploads, posts, and any other embarrassing memorabilia!

I'm old enough that I actually remember beating Hansixx in the weekly medals on Coastersims.com before he got good. [:p]

I won only the second ever weekly gold medal awarded on this site.

Looking through my entire posting history, I remembered for the first time in a long time that I was once known for being the "medal tracker," and I was the one that kept tallys on how many medals every member had won. (Hasn't been updated since fall 2004 now...) Also that back in 2003 I hyped up to death even the smallest of my coaster projects, and probably drove everyone nuts.

And I'm old enough that, (probably my favorite sight memory,) I remember competing against punkrock69, G Force Addict, Hansixx, The Edge, whitewolf2759, McFly, IntaminFan397, Anthon.Jon, and Dj-Javixxxxx in the site's very first NoLimits Tournament, April 2003.

My other favorite site memory was the 2006 meetup at Cedar Point and Holiday World when I got to hang out with WWS, bockzilla, Real, and Coaster Indavidual. Even though I probably spent half the day making excuses for why the 2006 NLT contest ratings weren't done yet... [:p]

wee wee slap. That was the only reason I came to the site in the first place, back in 2003. I'd just bought NoLimits and it had a list of forums for track sharing and other such coaster related activities. On the list was Coastersims, which I was about to click, when I noticed "wee wee slap .com".... I thought, yep, this is definitely a place I could call home!


I remember how young and stupid I was back then and see how people act here now reminds me of how I used to act back then and it makes you feel, well, a little embarrassed to think people once thought of you in this way. But it proves how much I've changed while I've been here.


I remember my first NoLimits tracks and how cool I thought they were .

I remember the UK meet-ups of old. Me and gazag met on the first UK meet-up (Was it the very first meet-up, at all, on this site?), but it took off a little bit from there, for a few years we welcomed a load of different members along, including The Edge and his other half, Casper, Dragon2000, Jordz, Mkingy, EnglishCoasterGuy and his mates, Gazag's sister and her friends [;)] and my missus of course. I'm sure there's more!
