Almost 3 years after the Jurassic park T-rex rampage coaster.
I present you: Jurassic Park SiteB: Raptor Rampage.

The track is 795M long X-car with 2 cars/train, the highest point of the track is 23m high and station and the dark ride part of the ride are below ground giving ride a combined hight of 30m.

Some pic's after a small week of working on it.

why such a massive fence? Place a real-life-sized person next to it and think what would look cool in reality.

I already scaled the fence down form 7m(24ft) to 5m (16ft).
All the carnivor enclosure's fence's at jurassic park are 24ft and all the herbivores enclosure's got a 5ft fence or a moat.

I'm a fan of the jurassic park movies and i made some of the buildings in a failed jp game made in crysis sandbox.
I still have some of the 3d models on computer and now i'm adapting them for my new NL project.

Wait until you finish the exporting. And try to optimize the polys for everyone's computers.

Would you consider making this have one train instead of 2?
In the third picture the trains collide with each other.

after looking at your new pics i've now realised its a small tight ride and so the fence size is no longer a problem. I thought the ride was bigger.

Looking good though, that last immelman is too tight though, please show us a side angle pic.

@akc4dogs
I think you mean cars..

Anyways, I think this looks really good. I agree with TheArchitect though, the Immelman looks to tight, and as akc was saying the cars push into each other because it is to tight. I can't wait to see this when you finish, your first one was really good.

I assume you used Newton2? Trackwork seems to reflect too much influence from the program. I like the idea though.

^That was going to be my comment from looking at the pictures lol. I think a lot of the inversions look really really sharp, like you kept the same g-force throughout the peaks of them and they turned out far too abrupt.

Yeah, and the first turn/inversion seems like everyone's first turn/inversion nowadays.

Here is a small update.
The coaster will have no waiting line at all.
Once you enter the main building you can get reservation tickets.
In the meanwhile you can take part in the Raptor hunting-tour.
The tour is a interactive shooting game where you walk in a group under supervision of a tour guide trough the paddock. He will activate several animatronics that you have to shoot. At the end of the tour the one how shoot the most animatronics the fastest gets a price.

I like the tower, but it has way to many faces. Make it like 8 or 9. Don't like the colors either, but love the little water ride. Nice touch.[approve] But this better not be an fps killer like the last one. I could barely get 5 or 6 on it.

EDIT: You also need it to be one car per train. Two is not working out.[sillyme] never mind. Didn't see that.

I as well think the track-work could be better. But I really love the water ride. ;)

I have a new 4 processor computer still in the box that should handle sketchup with ease.
