Sea Urchin, the texture of it and then the "smell of the ocean taste", not the taste of the ocean. It's hard to describe, doesn't smell at all, but it literally tastes how the ocean smells on those bad rancid days. And Octopus Sashimi has no flavor at all, just chewy cold meat. But I love other sashimi's. Oh and fish row is pretty gross, both taste and texture.

Sorry I don't like paying $10 for a burger with no flavor (shitty cheese, dry tomatoes, etc) and fries that go soggy in 5 minutes. Both time I've tried it I've felt sick. They're below McDonalds IMO.
