Yes, they are going to be able to read it.
And I don't mean to be rude, but as a teacher-in-training I must ask what's even the point of giving someone a score if you're not going to explain to them WHY they got that score? The point isn't to get a "good grade," it's to learn. Just giving someone a score and calling it a day would be like being in a writing class where you spend 10 difficult hours writing a story, and then the teacher just gives it a "75" without writing a single comment on what you needed to do better.
That would drive me absolutely nuts, and make me feel cheated. So when I do a rating, I want to make darn sure that I let the ride designer know exactly what I liked and didn't like about their tracks, and how they could have made it better, so that even those who don't advance to the next round can learn and grow as builders, and feel like their many hours of effort were worth something. (Okay, rant over...)
